But this one, the baby roses were already have dead, and are dried/crisp this morning... and the carnations have dark spots on the ends like they are about to die as well? The arrangement is only 3 days old & should look better than it does.
The recipient's family sent a photo of the standing spray. It was very scarce. I was horrified. I reach out to the company, but they're closed today. I'd really like this to be modified promptly.

The arrangement wasn’t at all like the picture I ordered from. The 9.00 handling fee for first time customers is a sure way to insure there won’t be a second order. Why not a $2 fee for everyone? Also the free delivery on the home page is deceptive since it does not state that it is only for a very limited area. At least they got the delivery time right. I was not impressed at all.
